Finance Minister Dr. Yuvraj Khatiwada has registered four bills in Parliament. On Wednesday, a bill to amend the securities Act 2, a bill to amend the Nepal Rastra Bank Act 1, a bill to amend the Banks and financial Institutions Act and a bill to amend and integrate the law on public debt management was registered.
The bill registered in Parliament will be forwarded to the relevant committees for discussion and amendment.It is proposed to arrange for one person to become a bank operator for only three consecutive terms in the electorate related to Bafia submitted to Parliament.
The age limit of the CEOs is fixed. Earlier, the bill states that only a person who is not less than six years will be appointed as the CEO of the bank.
